I am experiencing the same sort of issue myself. I have followed all the steps, even uninstalled my AV/MW and i can login to the game once, but after that, get virtually the same error.

To say that i am really frustrated would be an understatement. i have reinstalled 7 times now and still the same error.
I guess I will not be able to play Empire In Flames which is very disappointing as I have met some great people in game.
