So you want to request multiple accounts from the same IP? You're in the right place.
1) We need to know both account names. They will both need to post in a new thread in this sub forum. Please see the stickied example thread.
2) We need to know why you have two accounts from the same IP - Spouse? Kid? Grandpa? Nephew who visits a lot? You both play at the same nail salon while getting some fly mani/pedis?
3) You need to post your request before you start creating characters - not well after.
4) Don't post in other people's threads.
Some rules around having multiple accounts:
1.1) You cannot play on the other person's account. "But Abi, I just needed to log them in to do X." Don't do that. Don't log in to their account.
1.2) If we suspect one player is using both accounts, we will investigate and likely reach out to you. If we come back with concrete evidence that you are logging in to both accounts, they will both be banned.
1.3) All parties need to create a forum account and post in the request thread before it will be approved.
1.4) Multiaccounts needs to be approved in advance. If the accounts are not pre-approved, both accounts may be banned.
1.5) If one account is banned for violating any of our policies or rules, we will not help transfer items, structures, or credits to the second account.
1.6) The staff reserves the right to modify or add to these rules at any time.
What if I don't follow the request process?
If there isn't an request and approval on this forum, we will ban your accounts.
An update: We have quite a list of approved accounts from the old forums. For those of you who already have an approval - even though you have approval, please go ahead and post a thread here as you create your forum accounts to reactivate your game accounts. It will help us to keep track of things.
